My Rest Day

Hi Blog Family! I decided to take a rest today from ‘My Jesus Journal’ and I decided instead to update you on my rather eventful day .

I went LIVE on Instagram for the first time and I must say it was nerve wracking initially but God gave me strength . I spoke about salvation and choosing who to serve . I read a message from a book called ‘ How You Can Preach Salvation’ by Bishop Dag Heward-Mills and I must say I was so happy with the response . God is so amazing ! I was very surprised by how many people tuned it and I must give God the glory.

We all have decisions to make at intervals in our lives but one of the most important decisions we have to make is who we will serve . You either choose to serve God or mammon . The onus is on you to choose but just know that you cannot serve two masters .

“No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon [money, possessions, fame, status, or whatever is valued more than the Lord].”
