Jesus is the most influential person ever lived . There is no secret about what He does and His influence in the life of people . Jesus went throughout Galilee teaching , preaching and healing all who were oppressed.
“From there he went all over Galilee. He used synagogues for meeting places and taught people the truth of God. God’s kingdom was his theme—that beginning right now they may were under God’s government, a good government! He also healed people of their diseases and of the bad effects of their bad lives. Word got around the entire Roman province of Syria. People brought anybody with an ailment, whether mental, emotional, or physical. Jesus healed them, one and all. More and more people came, the momentum gathering. Besides those from Galilee, crowds came from the “Ten Towns” across the lake, others up from Jerusalem and Judea, still others from across the Jordan.”
Matthew 4:23-25 MSG
Jesus grew in influence as He met more and more people . The power in His ministry was so evident as He reached people from different towns . His message did not change and it was concerned with the Kingdom of God . By following Jesus’ example, we can influence many people for God . Influence is not necessarily writing a book or having a large Instagram and Facebook following but influence happens with even the people closest to us . By influencing this closest to you , you are on your way to having a great influence on many people for the glory of God . Do not shy away from an opportunity to talk about the Kingdom of God with someone .
Cultivate these things . Immerse yourself in them . The people will all see you mature right before their eyes! Keep a firm grasp on both your character and your teaching. Don’t be diverted. Just keep at it. Both you and those who hear you will receive salvation . 1Timothy 4:15-16 MSG
Keep preaching and teaching those around you . You will influence others to live for God . You will also grow in your influence just like Jesus did !
